About this service
Achieve greater happiness, resilience, and satisfaction in life by working with an Anthropedia Health and Wellness Coach.
We live in troubled times. From the COVID-19 pandemic to the effects of climate change, doing ordinary, everyday things has become much harder. Coaching can help you tap into inner resources you may not even be aware you have, which will make you more resilient to these challenges. Oftentimes, despite our best intentions, we spend most of our time focused on things we don't really care about, and it leaves us with a sense of emptiness and a lack of fulfillment and balance. An Anthropedia coach will help you take action on what you value most and help you reflect on what is most meaningful and satisfying in life. Anthropedia coaches are experts in the science of well-being and use evidence- based tools to help cultivate wellness that lasts well after each session. A typical session lasts between 60-90 minutes and can be held virtually or in-person, roughly once every two weeks. Our approach has been proven to help all individuals, even those in the most challenging of situations.
We're here to support you to achieve greater physical health, a better understanding of your thoughts, and a meaningful and satisfying life.
